Important Information

The rates above are nett, that mean inclusive of all government taxes.

Please ensure and double check of rate inclusions if you book the villa through the preference agents.

Rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:

• All taxes.
• Breakfast (Continental or Indonesian)
• One time round trip Airport transfer (one time transfer in & one time transfer out).
• Free daily private car (6 seats) with driver to certain areas such as local beaches, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran
• Kuta area  (8 hours   per day, petrol is not included), dedicated one day after arrival until one day before check-out.
• Welcome drink, fruits platter and cold towels upon arrival.
• Flowers arrangement.
• In room drinking mineral water.
• Free Unlimited high speed internet connection ( Wi-Fi ) personal laptop is required.
• Fully trained staff: daily housekeeping, butler, gardener, pool attendant and house manager.

Note:

• Long term rental & last minutes rates (7 days prior arrival) are available upon request.
• The rates quoted are per night.
• Extra beds can be arranged with additional charge at USD 35++ per person per night.
• Guests who wish to cook can use the kitchen and its equipment with extra charges for each use. Any damages will incur additional charges. Please contact the property directly for more details and to arrange the service.

Minimum stay required:

Low Season : 3 nights, High Season : 5 nights, Peak Season : 7 nights

Villa Capacity:

• We strictly observe the villa capacity policy which is maximum 6 persons only. If any additional person must be inform in advance (will applicable surcharge).
• No party over capacity to be allowed at the villa.

Check-in & Check-out time:

• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time : 12:00

In cases there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

The Terms & Booking Conditions:

• A deposit of one night rate is required, in order secured the reservation.
• The deposit has been settled will non-refundable.
• The payment applied in US Dollars or can be settled in IDR.
• The reservation to be confirmed when the payment are completed received by the villa owner/Management.
• Villa Management should be received the deposit within 2 of working days after the relevant invoice has been received, and otherwise the booking might NOT materialized.
• The remaining amount is required to settled upon check-in at the villa.

Cancellation Policy:

• The deposits of one night rate has been paid is non-refundable.
• In the event of reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date and 60 days for high/peak season (Christmas/New Year) Bookings periods, however full payment is required.
• The final payments is non-refundable.
• Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa management in writing.
• Change of booking date can be accepted but subject the villa availability.

Liability:

Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.
