The rates above are nett and based on USD, that mean inclusive of all government taxes.

If the guest made any payment in IDR, the exchange rates will be as per hotel bookkeeping rates (1USD = IDR 14,000)

Please ensure and double check of rate inclusions if you book the hotel through the preference agents.

Rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:

• Free unlimited Bali Zoo access + visit Kampung Sumatra, including animal encounter, bird show and access to Jungle splash
• Hygiene set (Mask, hand sanitizer) upon arrival
• Welcome drink, fruits platter and cold towels upon arrival.
• Flowers arrangement.
• In room drinking mineral water.
• Free Unlimited high speed internet connection ( Wi-Fi ) personal laptop is required.
• Fully trained staff: daily housekeeping, butler, gardener, pool attendant and house manager.

Note:

• Long term rental & last minutes rates (7 days prior arrival) are available upon request.
• The rates quoted are per night.
• Extra beds can be arranged with additional charge at USD 35++ per person per night.
• Guests who wish to cook can use the kitchen and its equipment with extra charges for each use. Any damages will incur additional charges. Please contact the property directly for more details and to arrange the service.

Minimum stay required:

Low Season : 1 night, High Season : 2 nights, Peak Season : 3 nights

Capacity:

• We strictly observe the room capacity policy which is maximum max. 2 person (adult). If any additional person must be inform in advance (will applicable extrabed).
• Children (0-4 years old) : free baby coat
• Children (5-11 years old) : considered as a child
• Children (12 years old – up) : considered as an adult

Check-in & Check-out time:

• Check-in time : 14:00 pm
• Check-out time : 12:00 pm

The Terms & Booking Conditions:

• A deposit of one night rate is required, in order secured the reservation.
• The deposit has been settled will non-refundable.
• The payment applied in US Dollars or can be settled in IDR.
• The reservation to be confirmed when the payment are completed received by the Management.
• Management should be received the deposit within 2 of working days after the relevant invoice has been received, and otherwise the booking might NOT materialized.
• The remaining amount is required to settled upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

• The deposits of one night rate has been paid is non-refundable.
• In the event of reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date and 60 days for high/peak season (Christmas/New Year) Bookings periods, however full payment is required.
• The final payments is non-refundable.
• Notice of cancellation must be received by the Hotel management in writing.
• Change of booking date can be accepted but subject the availability.

Liability:

Be aware that all clients Hotel will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the Hotel to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the Hotel.
